I have never seen such poor service, delivery was due on Saturday 21 June 2014, for which extra was charged. Item did not arrive until Tuesday 2 July 2014. I Post could not and would not explain why or how they were failing to deliver. Using their tracking service was beyond belief, item marked as delivered, and as delayed !!
When the parcel finally arrived it looked as though it had been used as a football for all the time it had been held up by I post, luckily contents were in a metal case, so were ok.
Based on this experience I will avoid I Post, and any one using their services, not worth the frustration or damage to goods.
