This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took the money from us, failed to deliver the parcel or to even contact the customer and then sent it back to us after demanding £100.86 for return to us.
Online tracking is the worst in the industry and if you are foolish enough to think that you might be able to talk to an actual person.....think again. The best you can hope for is that they eventually respond to the online form you must fill in.....that won't actually accept the delivery postcode, leaving you frustrated at the inability to even submit the form.
If I could wipe this dreadful excuse for a company off the face of the earth, I would do so in a heartbeat. I hope people wake up and stop using them; far better alternatives exist.
