"Do not leave in a safe place - leave with neighbour" The package says. Where did you leave it? In the unlocked cupboard outside my front door!!!
Oh, and soaking a cardboard box in water is not conducive to the containers' structural integrity.......or the electronic item stored within.
I am only not giving you a "very poor" rating because the package was actually delivered........albeit through no act of professionalism by your delivery operator.
