This is the second time I have used IPostParcels. The first time all was great, an excellent service. The second time was poor in that my parcel was picked up on the Friday with a next day delivery (Sat). I waited in all day Saturday & it never arrived until next Monday afternoon. My supplier initially gave me the wrong pick up address which I used to place the order above. On realising their mistake I contacted IPostParcels via the only way possible a very unfriendly web form and in due course received an answer which told me to rebook and use the number quoted to claim my monies back after I payed for a second time. I did this and the parcel was collected as explained above. I tried to claim back my excess payment using their awful "contact us" web form and to date, 5 days after, I've had no response or repayment. Very disappointing. I doubt if I'll use IPostParcels again or recommend them. Tony
