I left a note on the front door requesting the parcel be left with either of two neighbours but it was left at the side of my property where it could have been stolen or damaged if it had rained. I accept a card was posted through my front door advising me of where the parcel was left but what if I had been away on holiday? There was nothing on the card to say my neighbours were not at home and that was why it was left there either. I regret and am not used to having to write bad reviews but realise that if people don't tell of their experiences then nothing will improve.
