The service can be good at times. The parcel can arrive next day and early.
However being in waiting for this courier various times, over half the time they are a day late.
I also have had one occasion where they said i was not in and they leave the parcel which is fine but they came to my neibours address in error and left it there. No card through my door.
This is really annoying and frustrating. There are better services out there which have better customer service and more reliable.
