My parcel was 24 hour delivery and should have arrived on Friday 29th August It still had not arrived by Monday 1st September when i had to contact them to find out what the problem was
The girl I spoke to initially could not find my item even with a tracking number eventually she found it under my postcode but not tell me why it had not been out for delivery
She arranged for it to be sent out next day which it was
but all in all the service needed a lot to be desired and I was not very happy with it
