I have given poor as I was in all day and waiting fot this delivery which I had been informed would be arriving. I never heard any one knock although I was listening intently as I admit I'm hard of hearing.So I do ask people to knock hard and give me time to get to my door as I have severe arthritis and have difficulty walking, Your delivery person chose to leave rather a large parcel at a neighbours home who speak an understand very little English, which means so far they still have my parcel as I don't think I will be able to carry this so I have to wait for a friend to call and retrieve this for me. Just in case this situation should arise in future ( which I hope it doesn't if no signature is required please leave any large parcel in my garage where it will be safe until a friend will carry it in for me. I cannot understand why delivery people do not give time for one to open the door as many disabled and aged people shop online. I do when expecting a delivery always put my T.V. on which is visible by the window but I never have the sound on even if I'm watching I read the subtitles. So all in all I do not rate your delivery.
