I requested the delivery to arrive on Friday 12th. I waited in all day and received an email at 5pm to be told the delivery would be made on Monday 15th. I was sent a text to say that the parcel would arrive between 9.04 and 10.04 am on the 15th. Later in the day, the parcel was discovered sat outside the front door. There was no attempt to knock or ring the bell to alert us to the delivery (we have a dog who barks very loudly if someone knowcks at the door, so we wouldn't have missed an attempt to see if we were at home to receive the package).
