Well all I can say is received the parcel this time because someone was there all day!! last time because I live in an apartment there was no card left on two occasions making it hard for me to contact the company directly and in good time. As we are all busy working people so this then made me have to contact the company I ordered from then wait for response only to then contact the delivery company finding that by then I'd received a text message saying they were delivering another day when I was not in!! Needless to say left feeling unhappy as I then had to pay another delivery charge to the company I ordered from and they were charged by your delivery company all because you never left a calling card in order to be able to contact yourselves!
