Paid extra to have parcel collected but no one arrived to collect it, or called to tell me they weren't going to. Ended up having to drive to the depot to drop it off, which was chaotic and didn't inpsire me with confidence it was going to get to its destination in one piece. Surprisingly it did get delivered the next day so delivery side seems ok. Would not use again.
