THE DELIVERY MAN SAID THAT HE TRIED TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ON WEDNESDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER. THERE WAS SOMEBODY AT THE HOUSE ALL DAY. YET THE PARCEL WASN'T DELIVERED. THERE WAS NO CONTACT WITH ME THE CUSTOMER. NO PHONE CALLS ON LANDLINE OR MOBILE. THE FOLLOWING DAY( 18TH) I HAD A CALL IN THE AFTERNOON & HAD TO DESCRIBE WHERE THE HOUSE WAS, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE TWO HOUSE SIGNS ON THE GATE & A COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD SIGN SAYING CHURCH LANE ON THE WALL. WHEN THE PARCEL WAS EVENTUALLY DELIVERED IT WAS LEFT HANGING ON THE DOOR HANDLE.
