The initial contact was very good and the parcel was delivered on the day they had said it would be. Having arranged to have someone to be available to accept the delivery once we had received the email to advise of the time it was very disappointing that it never came. Having watched the emails all day ( in itself an inconvenience ) when we eventually tracked the delivery down it had been left with a neighbour. No note or any other contact was received.
