Arranged for a parcel to be picked up from an ebay seller. i was given a day for pick up which was almost a week ago the person waited in all day for the parcel to be collected
5 days later they recieved a text to say that the parcel would be picked up between 5pm and 6.30pm this time somebody called while they were out during the morning.
These fly by nights could not organise a pixx up in brewery. Not able to contact just given a code which is useless as there is no way of using it to get any answers.
i most definately wont be using this courier again.
