I booked and paid for next day delivery. The collection did not happen on the day I expected and on contacting them I was told that the driver attempted collection but no one was home and he left a card!!!. The following day when the driver actually arrived I asked about the attempted collection only to be told that he did not try to collect as his head office had failed to send through some paperwork. so I was on the list but they told him to wait until the following day. I had sold an expensive item online and confirmed that the parcel would be delivered on a specific day only to be left having to apologise on behalf of this joke of a company
I received no apology at all or acknowledgment of the lies and the only way of contacting customer services is beyond a joke. when you receive a reply there is no way to reply to them, you have to raise a new inquiry every time. Perhaps they have spent too much money on advertising recently and not enough on customer services
