Sorry to say about this, but probably it will help you in future:
1. No telephone contacts with service at all;
2. Very bad "Contact Us" website system that just doesn't works properly, doesn't accept a lot characters that widely used everywhere;
3. Very old, poor designed website - just afraid to work with...
4. Sometimes items is not delivered, but already market as DELIVERED and confused customers - they are in panic!
5. About half contacts just ignored and never answered at all.
6. No possibility to check parcels that were sent 2-3 months ago. This website system just doesn't works properly as well.
7. No possibility to print shipping label again if it was, for example, lost.
8. No possibility to print invoice/receipt on this order from your website.
9. No possibility to send few boxes on one address - each box required to be organised separately.
Very old, poor website and service.
