This is the first time ive ever left a negative review for any company, Ive used the company quite a few times and most of the time with no problems. Unfortunately when you do have a problem your only means of communication is via the message service. Which they say on the site a response will be usually be within 3 hours. You are lucky if you get a response within 3 days or even at all. And when you finally get a response its a lie. On 3 occasions my parcels have not been collected on the day i selected and the response you finally receive is the driver tried to collect, i always leave my parcels for collection in my front porch,so don't even have to be home and when ive asked the driver on every occasion he said the job was not his sheet, so someone not been honest. On one occasion the collection was 3 days late. My latest problem which i still haven't received a reply too, the first of four messages sent 30 hours ago (3 hour response haha). The problem is i imported an ebay sale, i checked the item was correct but after printing the label i noticed the name was different, it had transferred an address from a different sale in error. So looks like ill have to pay again and hopefully may get a refund in 3 months. Will never use again after this. BE WARNED.
