No note and no explanation.
Impossible to get through on phone
Sent an email Received an acknowledgement that case was opened and then 3 minutes later another e mail saying the case was closed.
Phones UNDERSTAFFED
e mails NONSENSE
LONG WAY TO GO BEFORE THEY CAN BE TRUSTED
RECOMMENDATION ONLY USE THEM IF YOU CAN INSURE YOUR CONSIGNMENT IN SOME WAY
