Card Ref: 4127728 - The parcel was left behind bin on 02.12.14 at 1330
I am not happy at all as the parcel was left outside the house behind the wheelie bin as no one was at home that particular time which is unacceptable. There was a strong possibility of losing the parcel as anyone could see the incident and can take unprecedented action.
Please ensure not to re-occurrence of this kind of customer service!
