I booked the delivery of a parcel with Christmas presents for Spain on the 23 Nov because it was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. 11 days later it still hadn't been delivered and there is no telephone for customer service available for international deliveries, the number that appears on the web is only for the UK ( which is not specified) so I spent 30 mins on hold to get to talk to someone just to be told they could not deal with internatinal deliveries!
The person who had to recieve the parcel has left on holiday so there is no one to recieve it now but I cannot change the delivery address nor can I get in contact with anyone from iparcel. I have sent them a request in their customer support mail but have had no answer at all. I probably have lost my parcel, my money and the worst part is that my nieces get no x-mas presents! Never again will I use this service!
