1ST THE PARCEL WAS COLLECTED BEFORETHE SPECIFIED PICK UP TIME .
2ND THE PARCEL WAS MISROUTED TO THE WRONG DEPOT .
3RD THE PARCEL ARRIVED WITH THE CONTENTS BADLY DAMAGED .
4TH NO COMPENSATION FOR INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE AS THE PARCEL CONTENTS WAS A PIECE OF FURNITURE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COMPENSATION CATEGORY .
5TH BLUNT APOLOGY NO COMPENSATION .
