Item should have been collected on the 12dec no one turned up. person stayed in all day for nothing. 13dec could not get through on phone to find out when it would be collected. Emailed to get an answer and was just given a ref. number to quote. to whom I don't know as phone not being answered. no phone service on a sunday just before xmas is bad.had to go on site and find out when collection will be then had to contact person to arrange another day for them to stay in. I had to deal with most of this after 8pm at night when I had done a 12 hour shift at work. I think you need to improve communications more
