Disgusting...parcel was to be next day delivery on the 10th December. No communication other than from myself snd lady getting parcel. Collected fine on 9th...and vanished!!!! We have 2 very upset little girls..one getting a fairy castle one who sold it to save towards lap top for home work!!! They refunded postage cost! What about the refund I have had to give? What about the money my daughter has lost from sale? Phone calls to every depot on route? And where is the parcel???????. Very poor is an understatement!
