shame there's no minus stars .... failed to collect, had to drop the parcel off at their depot, three days later we receive an email saying due to a fault in their IT the parcel would be returned and money refunded. in five more days (depot only 5 miles from us i assume they tied it to a tortoise to return it) received an email this morning that its been delivered to a zed ????????? contacted the destination and no parcel there and we were in on the sunday (yeah who delivers on a sunday) it was supposedly delivered and no we didn't receive its return or is there anyone called zed here. so we can only assume they binned the parcel and made up a false recipient DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST
