Have used for 3 years but after the last few months never again and if you send ebay items kiss you feedback goodbye. The only reason I used them is because there depot was near by so I had longer to get items packed and dropped off, On average I was paying £8.00 to £11.00 per parcel for supposed next day delivery and only sending 25 a week so not a big customer. Firstly having paid extra for a signature on many times then to find out that it was just left. Paying for Saturday next day delivery , so sent on Friday for next day but being delivered the following Saturday 3 times in the past 2 months. Told it's okay we have sorted it out and it will be resent for next day and then nothing happens so parcel ends up taking 12 days to arrive (ebay feedback trashed). Three times this has happened and customer service is like ( face bothered ) if you can even get hold of them. So I urge anyone thinking of using them walk away it will save you so much time and money use interparcel or even MyHermes as believe it or not they are much better so that's how bad ipostparcels is.
