A parcel went missing on the 19th December even though their system marked it as delivered.
Even though I clearly mark not to leave on the customer's doorstep or in a bin (!!), their courier decided it was safe to not only leave in a wheelie bin, but then failed to tell my customer via a card, this was where it was (they claim they did but my customer has no reason to lie).
I am furious and will no longer be using this disgrace of a company.
