The parcel was not delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered with no explanation for non delivery.
The parcel went back to the depot and then was lost.
I then asked for it to be delivered on the Saturday but this was refused. It was promised to be delivered on the Monday - it wasn't. It apparently was 'lost'.
It was then promised for a morning delivery on the Tuesday but it was delivered at 6pm. The driver knocked on my door, left it on my doorstep without taking my signature which was mandatory.
The sender of the parcel was so embarrassed by your lack of service the delivery charge was reimbursed to me.
