I have attempted to contact this company via their website and CSR numbers. I am waiting for a collection today, have waited in now since 08.00. I cannot get any real answer and just go round in circles with their website which tells me to log on when I am logged on, and just seem the most unhelp and obdurate organisation. I have been totally ripped of. Because even though I put in valid consignment and order references they say they are wrong, so how on earth will you get your money back??? They have my money, and haven't responded. By the way if you dial the number given as their CSR you'll be kept waiting (7 minutes) only to be told they have nothing to do with this company.
