2 weeks late and no contact to explain why. The delivery miraculously appeared after I raised the issue and confirmed the address. The parcel had been mis-treated, damaged, protective packaging virtually destroyed and then it was poorly re-wrapped. There was water damage suggesting it had been badly stored whilst your firm left it lying round in a yard waiting for someone to claim it. Overall a useless, poor, disrespectful service that makes it's own existence pointless. The package I had delivered is now unusable and I'm sure it didn't start it's journey 14 days ago in that condition.
