I ordered a parcel on 13th January , on the 15th January I received an e mail from yourselves saying my parcel would be delivered to my home address on 16th jan between 14.30 & 15.30. ..... I am still waiting ! No one seems to know where my parcel is I have rung every day with messages saying you are waiting advice from the depot and I will get a call back , no one rings me back ...., I am somewhat frustrated to say the least the money for my item has come out of my bank and I have no parcel !
So I'm sure you can realise why my feedback is very negative !
