I sent a parcel on 9th Dec 2014 and paid for next day delivery. The parcel was delivered 11 days later!!
After numerous telephone calls to Customer Care I got absolutely nowhere and have had two letters ignored by this company, also after emailing them I keep getting told that my case is closed...... PATHETIC!
I will never use this company again absolutely furious!
