I wasn't in when the parcel was delivered so it was left behind a plant pot at the front door. This is normally absolutely fine and probably didn't have anything to do with the issue but when I got home and found the parcel, one side of the box was open (and the other side partially open). When I counted the content there was 1 item missing (not surprising with the box being open). I contacted the shipping company straight away and they have refunded me for the missing item.
