I use your company a lot..
Never had a problem before untill now.. The driver was rude! The item came damaged! Unuseable. I need them for a job. Witch I couldn't do.. So I had to refuse the job.. So I'm seriously out of pocket!!
The drive told me what had happened to it but then repeatedly said didn't happen in his van.. I don't belive that one minuet!!
I am fuming about this and won't be using ukmail or ipost parcels again
