While the tracking information and delivery time estimates were very accurate the parcel it self was delivered damaged. The sender had clearly written "DO NOT BEND" across the package but it arrived bent therefore rendering the item I had purchased useless.
I was advised by the driver whom saw the damage to sign for as damaged. This I did. I have contacted the retailer who sent the package as they are now pursuing a compensation claim on my behalf. I have sent in photos of the damaged goods plus the packaging with the handling instructions written on it. I am now awaiting a response from ipost with regard to my claim. I hope I am not waiting too long. A quick agreeable settlement may alter my tarnished opinion of this company whom I have had no previous experience of.
