No telephone number for customer service - after 2 web enquiries and 3 tweets they finally got back to me in the afternoon when I was expecting a morning collection ..... Finally I got a very pleasant "thanks we managed to take your money but didn't put your order on the system - so sorry" finished with a smiley face !
Not impressed - this was an urgent AM collection .....
They are cheap but guess that's a lesson learnt - you get what you pay for!
Completely useless do not use !!
