bought a kitchen machine from amazon but it was wrong size decide to return to seller. So booked a collection for 29th Jan 2015 for next day delivery which did not happened. Despite many emails and phone calls asking for a refund as I changed my mind somehow driver turned up for collection as I was on the phone to them.
I have kept checking online how my delivery was progressing and find out that they lost my package.
I have phone their so called customer service centre but couldn't get the help I needed.
