I booked for a parcel to be picked up on Wednesday afternoon as I needed it in Ireland for a launch night on the weekend.
I called when it wasn't collected by Thursday morning and the man told me it would be collected that night.
I left on my plane for ireland. As of today (Tuesday) my parcel is still sitting in my hallway in London. Noone has contacted me to explain or to tell me when it is being picked up.
Useless service, and people who can't help at all on the phone.
Will not use again.
