Fri 13 Feb. Can't believe I've had an email asking me to rate the service for delivery of my parcel when I don't have it!! Was supposed to be delivered between 1:15 & 2:15 so I took time out from anextremely busy schedule to be there. Had to leave just after 3 as I couldn't wait any longer so who the hell has it been delivered to??? Very unimpressed
Update Sat 14 Feb: Just got home and the parcel had been left outside in the rain just propped on my doorstep in full view of the road. Diabolical service
