I am sorry to have to write this, but without any doubt, this is the worst postal service I have ever used. My parcel wasn't collected before 1pm which is the service I paid for. It then wasn't delivered the next day which I also paid for. It was also then delivered to the wrong address! It looked liked it had been battered to death, so it was therefore opened in front of the delivery driver, and sure enough a peice of metal was missing from the light fitting. The driver checked his van but the peice was not in there so the light fitting cannot now be used. I tried to file a claim online, but got no email acknowledgement. I contacted UK mail as this was the number on my paypal receipt, only to be told that there was absolutely nothing they could do to help and I would have to continue with my online efforts! Even though it clearly wasn't working! After a lot of pleading the boy eventually said he would email Ipostparcels. I now have an email giving me a ref number, and another email telling me the case is now closed! On every single level the service has failed. I cannot think of another thing that could of gone wrong apart from you losing the parcel altogether.
