I find you 2 extremes. Very good and very poor! I love the way I can say to people that you give a 1 hour slot for collection and your prices for larger items is excellent. Also delivery is fast and good mostly.
The problem I have is when things go wrong. I have even emailed to the highest person and got no reply. You lost a parcel back in early January and I have still not been recompensed for it. Everyt time i try to ring Milton Keynes as told I cant get through and have waited indefinitely!
I also had a problem when I tried to see why an item hadnt arrived> I couldnt check the address on the invoice only the postcode. It had gone to the wrong house because I put the wrong number.
I also have had a problem when wantimg to cancel for various reasons. The only way I have been able to get my money back is through paypal.
