After phoning and speaking to someone who had the very relaxed view of 'oh well you will get it tomorrow mate' he suggested I contact the seller for a refund. However they tell me you don't refund for your cock ups due to insurances etc. They offered to compensate me but I declined. Why should they lose money to compensate me when it was you who are useless. I would never use you for my services and I hope others wise up too. Shambles!
