The parcel did not come when stated. It did not come that day, Thursday.. I rang 5 times to find out where it was. It was not delivered to either of my neighbours, despite me leaving a note outside the front door. That was Thursday. As I was going out on Saturday at 0830 a lady from up the road at No.3 came over with the parcel which she said was left on her doorstep. NO ONE ever signed for it - so very bad experience.
