If this company are associated with UK Mail, avoid them like the plague. They damaged my first delivery. When they do send estimated time slots, they do not keep to them, or update that information. I still have not received my replacement delivery! When I rang Friday last, to check why they had not delivered: because I was told Friday And; I had a text to say the same; they told me the parcel had not gone on the van, and it is their error - not the driver's. Then they said I would definitely get it Monday; and have lied again. To cap it off, they are now saying they have no record whatsoever of the replacement delivery, when on Friday they said they had it. This is possibly the very worst delivery service imaginable. I still do not know, if and when I will receive my order, in decent condition
