Received txt to say item would be delivered next day. Following day txt recieved to say would be delivered between a 1hr window!
Waited in all day, nothing.
Checked website and it said it went from 'out for delivery to Delayed'
No notification to say it was delayed and why.
2 days later, parcel arrived.
