Next Day Delivery package dated 26-2-2015, was delivered at 16.35 on 3-3-2015. Package split and dirty. When this was pointed out to your driver he replied, 'I'm not surprised. It has been in our depot over a week waiting to be delivered.'
Disgusting service.
