I paid 8.99 for next day delivery package . their driver even didn't come to my street but they stated they couldn't find my address. I have been receiving parcels and letters for pas 10 years. it was 1st time that somebody said we cant find the address. it means that the driver even didn't come to my address at all but he lied he couldn't find it.
after that I asked them I will pick it up from your depot. I attended their depot and I had been waiting for more than 2 hours to collect my parcel.the service was so bad.
