Ipost are quite simply the very worst courier service available. Although the driver who delivered my parcel was brilliant, I will not longer use Ipost for collections as they dont bother to collect, and they are almost impossible to make contact with to complain to, unless you want to use twitter !! I've moved all my service to Fedex who collect for a cheaper price, and actually do the job you pay them for.
My advice, never ever ever use Ipost. I certainly wnt anymore.
