I really didn't know UKMail (ipostparcel) is a rubbish courier in the UK. I am a seller and used UKMail (ipostparcel) to send few parcels with them but just within 3 weeks they have lost my 16 parcels and no one bothered to reply any of my emails or phone call. Worst customer service and doesn't take any responsibility. All my customers opened case on PayPal and Amazon so I have full refunded to them. If you are eBay or Amazon seller then please do not use ever UKMail / ipostparcel otherwise you will lose your business reputation.
