Would like to know who decides what parcel is delivered on the requested day or two days later !! , Parcel was booked on 17th April for a overnight delivery on the 18th , according to the tracking info it arrived at delivery location at 03:05, this was actually the depot arrival time , at which time this Urgent parcel was rescheduled for a Monday delivery , despite my attempts of offers to collect the parcel or get it delivered by taxi at my expense, no efforts were made on your part to accommodate this or fulfil you obligation of delivering when required , I have a very disgruntled customer who did not have a completed system for use on Monday morning you have a very disgruntled customer that will no longer be using your services
