Even although an alternative delivery was was NOT given. Plus; my mobile number was on the parcel, he could have called me. Plus; He did NOT check with the address he did leave it at if there was a person of my name Archie Lovatt at that address. He was suposed to return the parcel to the depot and your company should await my call re; a re-delivery. Is that not correct and on your card?
